Terms of Service

1. Agreement and acceptance

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of AI-Advisors.online ("we", "us", "Operator"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

Supplementary policies referenced herein — including the Privacy Policy — form an integral part of this agreement.

2. Description of service

AI-Advisors.online provides AI-assisted informational consultations in accounting, law, finance, and business negotiations. The service is delivered through automated language models and structured prompts; it does not employ licensed human professionals to review individual responses.

All outputs are for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other regulated professional advice, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified specialist licensed in your jurisdiction.

You remain solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content and for verifying information against primary sources, current legislation, and your specific circumstances.

3. Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

Registration requires a valid email address, acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and consent to personal data processing where required. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, billing and payments

Access to paid features requires an active subscription selected on the billing page. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are displayed before purchase and may change with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates ("Stripe"). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date through your account settings or as otherwise described on the billing page.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where mandatory under applicable law of the Russian Federation or as explicitly stated in a separate refund policy. Chargebacks initiated without contacting support may result in account suspension.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and in good faith. You must not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users' accounts; (b) upload malware, unlawful content, or material that infringes third-party rights; (c) use the service to generate content for fraud, harassment, or illegal activity; (d) reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform; (e) misrepresent AI outputs as human professional advice.

We may monitor usage for security, abuse prevention, and service improvement in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable Russian Federation law, or that pose a risk to the service or other users, with or without prior notice where permitted by law.

6. Intellectual property

The AI-Advisors.online platform, software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to the Operator and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit (messages, documents, prompts). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI-generated responses are provided to you for your internal business use. We do not claim ownership of outputs generated specifically for your account, subject to third-party model provider terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the service or reliance on AI outputs.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one thousand (1,000) Russian rubles, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory provisions of Russian law.

8. Privacy and personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and related regulations.

By using the service, you acknowledge that conversation content and uploaded documents may be processed by AI systems and infrastructure providers as necessary to deliver responses, subject to the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, for users registered on the Russia legal market.

Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via support email. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes may be submitted to the competent court at the Operator's place of registration under Russian procedural law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory applicable law.

10. Changes and contact

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Termination of your account does not affect provisions that by nature should survive (liability limits, governing law, intellectual property).
